We have nothing but great things to say about Demitra! We needed a handler to take care of our dog during our wedding and have him at the ceremony to be the ring bearer and for pictures. Demitra stopped by our house to meet our dog and immediately we were able to see how well she gets along with him. She communicated with us and ensured we were all on the same page as we had a strict timeline that day. She was able to drive our pup from Hamilton to Burlington for the ceremony and had time before to give him a walk. Our dog tends to get excited and playful around strangers, but with Demitra he was very calm and happy. She then stayed for an hour after the ceremony for pictures(even helping the bride with her dress at times) and drove him home again. She fed him and then stayed to let him out after. We could not have possibly asked for better service from anyone, she was an absolute delight to work with. Will 100% be a repeat customer. They can be a bit of a handful especially when they’re excited and she put our minds at such ease with her experience and demeanor. Our guests kept commenting on how well behaved the dogs were! She helped out with the photos and made sure they had everything they needed. Having our pups be there for our special day was so important to us and I highly recommend her services. 

We are so glad to have found somebody trustworthy to take care of our fur children. There was nothing we wanted more than to have our two fur babies there with us on our big day and beyond happy that demetra and her team was able to make it happen.  She has been walking our puppy for over a year now, she’s reliable and great with him! He looks forward to his walks with her! Highly recommend her! 

She took him into her home with her other dogs then kindly brought him back to my house for wedding pictures. He was really good and listened to her even when she brought him back for pictures. She kept him entertained and was attentive to his needs.

As well as pet sitting my beloved dog while I was on vacation (most recently for 2 weeks). Naturally, I'm always a little nervous/anxious leaving my dog because she's a rescue with big separation anxiety and an abundance of quirks and fears, but Demitra would always put my mind at ease with regular updates/videos/pictures letting me know everything was all good; my dog always looked relaxed and happy and I was so happy to see her open up to Demitra. Demitra is so patient and loving towards my girl and can read her behaviour extremely well to know exactly what she needs. Demitra is trustworthy, responsible, flexible and so kind! We've become good friends since meeting and I can't recommend her enough! You'll be glad you met her, too! 

Demitra was a great sitter for our 2 dogs and 2 cats. She asked great questions during our initial meeting. Our dogs loved Demitra. She kept us updated with pictures and messages which made us feel much better during our trip. She was reliable and available whenever we reached out to her.
